We recognise the importance of customer service and the need to ensure that Verifone drivers are fully supported as they go about their work. Time is of the essence in resolving problems for you.

A dedicated team of experienced Verifone Driver Services Operators are based in our Kennington Operations Centre, and are on hand to help you with any technical or operational issues. The Driver Services Team can offer advice about using various Verifone products and services, your driver account and payments, and can help to resolve many administrative matters. The Driver Services Team also have direct access to the wider support network offered by Verifone in the UK, so are able to effectively support drivers if they ever need help.

THE E-FLEET DRIVER INFORMATION PORTAL

Every Verifone driver has access to a secure information portal (e-Fleet) where all their account information is stored. Drivers login online or via a smart phone using a unique password, and can see detailed records of each card fare they have taken. In addition, drivers can generate their own reports based on the information they wish to see; transaction time and date, card issuer (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX etc.), amount etc. Drivers can also track payments to their nominated bank account, and can cross-reference them with each fare transaction.
